Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Great Plains Products carry at least a 30 day warranty against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. Some products are warranted up to 1 year from date of purchase. See individual item for specific details. Please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance with a potential warranty issue. Our products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt if the product is in new and unused condition and returned in its original packaging. Items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. We will credit you for the total purchase price less any applicable restocking fees and shipping/handling charges to and from our facility. Restocking fees are between 15% to 25% based on the item.
