This wagon costs much less than its competitors, but is nevertheless well built - steel tubing, steel angle braces, pneumatic tires. The instructions were very hard to understand, but if you stare long enough at the cover photo, you'll be able to figure out how to put it together. I've used it to carry cinder blocks and firewood, and it works well. The large tires make it easy to climb over rocks and stairs. It's bigger than it looks, and storage can be a problem; I probably would have been just as happy with the smaller model. All-in-all, it was a very good value.

The first packaged was so damaged that the contents were spilling out onto my driveway when I arrived home. Customer service gets an 11 out of 10 - it was super easy to arrange for pickup of damaged carton and arrange a new shipment. However, due to inferior packing materials the 2nd carton showed up in almost the same condition. However, it looked like it was at least sealed so we kept it. It's a Christmas gift for my mom that we planned to assemble for her and give her on Tuesday - when we opened the box we found we are missing the axel and therefore cannot put the wheels on. C/S is not open today, so will have to call Monday and ask them to send the axel only since the carton was too damaged to repack so we assembled the rest of the cart. Parts were also scuffed (metal and wood) due to poor packaging. I'm almost embarassed to give it as a gift - it already looks used.

The only hitch was coming up short on one hex nut, which could have been my carelessness.

The cart is great. Easy assembly. (I did it by myself with no problems). Very sturdy and hauls really heavy loads effortlessly. I would recommend this over a wheelbarrow any day. Love the removable panel for easy dumping.
