This wagon costs much less than its competitors, but is nevertheless well built - steel tubing, steel angle braces, pneumatic tires. The instructions were very hard to understand, but if you stare long enough at the cover photo, you'll be able to figure out how to put it together. I've used it to carry cinder blocks and firewood, and it works well. The large tires make it easy to climb over rocks and stairs. It's bigger than it looks, and storage can be a problem; I probably would have been just as happy with the smaller model. All-in-all, it was a very good value.

The plywood in this design is bad, BAD! I painted the box before putting outside with ford "Red Tractor" paint from TSC. Now two years later, all the plywood is coming apart, the bolts are pulling out of the bad plywood and the bottom panel is broken from throwing (dropping) split hardwood into the cart.
I just bough another similar cart, has washers top and bottom on all bolts and uses amercan SAE parts

Shipping from Hayneddle is terrible, the shipped it to IA when I live in PA. Took fours weeks and 8 emails to straten out their mess

The cart is fairly well constructed, should last as long as the one it is replacing which was in service many years.

Cart arrived without hardware and it was quite a saga to get that replaced.

I might recommend the cart to someone, but probably not Hayneedle.

Service and delivery comments:

Initial delivery was fairly quick, but box arrived in awful condition. Turned out to be missing the bag of hardware necessary to assemble the whole thing. The manufacturer (i.e. stateside distributor) insisted on sending a whole new cart when all I needed was just the bag of hardware.
So, ended up with two cart kits, one of which I had to repack and ship back (at Hayneedle expense thankfully). Of course this also involved crediting the original cart, then rebilling for the second one. Throughout there were promises that they would e-mail me, let me know what was going on. I did recieve tracking advice, but no other contact as was promised. It was one ton of rigamarole to get this straightened out.

i already have one of these 14 cu ft carts that i have had for YEARS and it is still going strong. this one is for the new property at the lake so i don't have to 'cart' back and forth from the farm.

Service and delivery comments:

my delivery was prompt. the carton was totally damaged but everything inside seems ok. it is too cold in the barn to put the cart together so will wait for warmer weather. everyone i spoke with on the phone was very curteous and helpful.
