Product worked great for two years, then the ALL the tabs holding the left portion of hose reel broke. Therefore, could not unwind or take up any hose. Unit is advertised to take 225 feet of hose. I had 200 feet of 5/8 inch, light weight hose. Unit was not abused, hose reel simply broke. Very disappointing.
